Seriake Dickson with members of the Bayelsa State Commission of Inquiry on Environmental Degradation The Governor of Bayelsa State, the Honourable Henry Seriake Dickson, has again attacked the multinational oil firms for brazenly destroying the Niger Delta environment without adherence to international best practices in their activities.
